(Probably 2-3-4 times a week if commitments allow)I am doing this because I believe Khwanjai IS the best Thai chef I have ever encountered and I want the world to understand, that anyone can cook Thai food providing they have the proper tools ingredients and guidance, it’s not difficult, it’s easy once you know what you are doing but it’s even easier to to cock it up and any fool can do that if you’re misinformed or only given partial information.Trust me I know! I have seen so many half arsed recipes and videos posted on the net it makes your eyes water, but worse than that, we saw people being exposed to crap from so called authority websites, which ultimately will taint peoples experience with Thai food so we decided enough is enough. Thai recipe videos was born, it is a membership driven site so we have to deliver quality because there is no advertising on the site.Then followed this blog; ThaiFood-TV because I wanted to share some of the delights of Thailand other than teaching people how to cook great Thai food. We live in a small jungle just outside Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand (about 3-4hrs drive NE of Bangkok) immersed in the real Thai culture which is often missed by tourists who only visit places westernised beyond recognition in most of the major Thailand tourist destinations.
